Providing a Purchase Order(PO)

Getting us the information we need to do the job!

In order to properly process your order, we need to have all the information about your requirements. The two primary documents that contain this information is your Purchase Order and part prints. Sometimes, part prints are not available or may not be needed. Your Purchase order needs to be as detailed as possible to ensure we process your parts to your exact specifications. We understand that you may not know exactly what you need to provide. Feel free to contact us and we will discuss all the information we need.

Information about you and your company:

  • Name and Company Name
  • Phone number and Email address
  • Shipping/Billing Address
  • Shipping Method and Courier Account(if we are shipping via UPS/Fedex)

Basic process information we needs is:

  • Specification you want us to process the part(s) to
  • Part(s) identification
    • Be sure not to use tape or pens to mark directly on the parts.

Anodizing Specific Information:

  • Plugging and Masking requirements
    • Plugging requirements for MIL-A-8625F for parts defaults to plugging all holes under 1/4 inch (6.35mm).
  • Specific Coating Thickness requirements
    • Please remember MIL-A-8625F Type III Class 1/2 thickness is 2 mils by Mil-Spec standards. There is a price difference between 1 mil and 2 mil coatings thicknesses.
    • If you list your process as “Hard Anodizing” the default thickness is 1 mil
  • Racking location
  • Critical surfaces
